Britt: Executive Producer--- Brittany Viola was born in St. Paul, Minnesota but was raised in Orlando, Florida. She is a senior at the University of Miami, majoring in Electronic Media and Sport Administration. She is also a student-athlete diver at the “U!” After college, her first goal is to represent the United States Diving Team in the 2012 Olympics in London, England. Next, she hopes to obtain a position within the United States Olympic Committee or a National Olympic Sport Organization. Brittany has the desire to assist high caliber athletes in reaching their full potential as an athlete and an individual. She believes every athlete needs to know that their identity does not lie in their sport alone. Rather, it is something that they have the great ability to do. She wants to encourage, motivate, and guide others through life.
Eli: Audio Producer--- Eli Tawil is a junior at UM, majoring in electronic media from Roslyn, New York. He hopes to work in action/drama TV. Eli has been working in both broadcast and film while studying at Miami. He chose to do the radio portion of this project in order to venture into new territory. Its been an experience trying to produce an entire 30min radio show with the help of another. Radio is nothing like film. You're only dealing with the sound element and you realize how important it is to be very particular when dealing with audio.
Alyssa: Audio Producer--- Alyssa Mische is a junior studying film and video, and comes from a samll town, Nellysford, in central Virginia. She loves studying different aspects of society and fell in love with Catalyst, when the idea to do a project on it was first proposed by Brittany Viola in August. She's interned with IMDb for two years in a row at the Cannes Film Festival and hopes to eventually work in marketing and distribution of film. At this moment she is researching in preparation for a one hundred page screen play she will write for her senior thesis.
Matt: Web Producer--- Matt Small is a junior studying electronic media and sport administration. Matt is from Rutherford New Jersey, a ten minute walking distance from Giant Stadium. He enjoys playing sports, mainly baseball, basketball, and volleyball while finding time to work on Sportsdesk. Matt has interned at NorthJerseySports.com over the past two summers and is currently working in the Miami Hurricane ticket office.
Tania: Web Producer--- Tania Leets was born in Managua, Nicaragua but raised at a young age in Miami. She is currently a senior at the University of Miami with goals of one day being an internationally known broadcast journalist. Ever since Tania was in elementary school, she always enjoyed the television production and being in front of the camera presenting the school news from grades 3rd-12th grade and continued on into the university. She hopes to one day be able to host Miss Universe or be live at the Grammys. Tania also enjoy history and hope to continue her graduate degree in international relations and become politically active and perhaps become an ambassador to a country in Latin America. She would also love to travel the world to as many places as she can in her lifetime and interview people to learn about their experiences. "Everyone has a story. My story is in process." 
Dylan: Video Producer--- Dylan Brooks is a senior at the University of Miami from Yonkers, NY. He served as video producer on Bridging the Gap. Although friendly, Dylan is somewhat camera shy. Due to this situation, he hopes to work on the production side of television, ideally as a producer for news or sportscasts.
Andrew: Video Producer--- Andrew Green is a senior majoring in Broadcast Journalism and Religious Studies from Boca Raton, Florida. Andrew has broadcasted Miami Hurricanes football, volleyball, basketball and baseball on the student radio station WVUM for the last two years and aspires to be a play-by-play baseball broadcaster after graduating. He is also a huge sports fan, with his favorite team of course being the Hurricanes, and claims to bleed orange and green. Literally
Mike: Video Producer--- Mike Collier is a junior electronic media and theatre arts double major from South Glens Falls, NY. He was one of the video producers of "Catayst: Bridging the Gap."
Molly: Video Producer--- Molly Cohen is from Old Westbury, New York. She is a junior at the University of Miami double majoring in Electronic Media and Art with a focus in Graphic Design. Molly is one of the video producers for Bridging the Gap.
